Level select
Hold Down/Left + 1 + 2 + Start and power on the Game Gear. Release Start at the title screen, then press that button again while continuing to hold the other buttons. The round and level number will appear. Continue to hold 1 + 2, but release the D-pad. Continue to hold 1 + 2 and press Up or Down to select a new round and level.
